- Nightmare Therapy: Reduces nightmares using imagery rehearsal therapy
- Sleep Optimization: Improves sleep quality and habits for those without clinical insomnia

- Clinical evaluations at start and end of program
- Plus all features listed above (app, resources, two-year support)
Program focus:
- Strategies to manage sleep disruptions caused by shift work
- Adapted CBT-I for irregular sleep patterns
- Techniques to align sleep with non-traditional work hours
