It influences virtually every aspect of our lives, from mental and physical health to safety, cognition, and quality of life. Being part of the HALEO team allows me to make a meaningful contribution to a rapidly evolving field and support a mission that is close to my heart: giving sleep the recognition it deserves as one of the essential pillars of health.”
