Dr. Philippe Stenstrom in a few words
Expert
Dr. Philippe Stenstrom holds a doctorate in psychology from the Université de Montréal, with a specialization in sleep at the Centre d'études avancées en médecine du sommeil (CÉAMS) at Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur of Montreal, and a postdoctorate at the Center for Sleep and Cognition at Harvard Medical School. His many years of study and research in the field of sleep have enabled him to realize his desire to advance the sciences.
Influential
Dr. Philippe Stenstrom is co-founder of HALEO. His primary objective was to further explore this field, in which he already had experience through his studies at CÉAMS. HALEO enables him to contribute to innovation in the science of sleep and to create accessibility to treatments, which he had noticed was lacking during his studies.
Engaged
One of his greatest motivations in his job, apart from his natural curiosity and interest in science, is to be part of the solution. He wants to enable people with sleep disorders to improve their well-being. To connect people with the solution, he regularly participates in conferences and webinars.
Scientific researcher
As previously mentioned, he has a keen interest in scientific research. At HALEO, he is in charge of data collection and analysis. He also maintains an important role in research and development, his primary interest. He is responsible for managing research and study partnerships, as well as participating in the decision-making process for the future of the company and the product in general.
