HALEO collaborates with Sleep Therapeutics to expand access to specialized sleep care. Together, we provide patients with efficient, high-quality digital programs supported by trained sleep professionals across Canada, the U.S., and Australia.
Insomnia & OSA
HALEO programs focus primarily on insomnia, including chronic difficulties falling or staying asleep. Patients using CPAP or other devices for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) can participate safely, as our therapy complements existing OSA treatment. CBT-I can improve sleep quality even when OSA is managed separately.
