Visionary
Trained in Paris in design and branding, Manon made her way to Quebec over 15 years ago, reinventing herself far beyond graphic design. With a wealth of experience, from large corporations to artificial intelligence startups like Element AI, she specializes in creating impactful and enjoyable user experiences.
Interaction strategist
In her role, Manon orchestrates every step of the user journey to align user needs with corporate and clinic objectives. She creates experiences that actively support usersโ well-being. Every interaction is designed to offer a smooth, soothing journey, from the first contact to the end of the support. As a result, users feel supported and understood, returning to better sleep and, with it, a more fulfilling life.
Clinical innovation
Manon also works with the clinic and R&D team to bring innovative protocols to life, integrating them into accessible, easy-to-use tools. This approach enables users to benefit from care based on clinical best practice, while helping therapists to improve their results through optimized digital solutions. Thanks to her work with healthcare professionals, HALEO's treatments become more effective and accessible.
