World Sleep Day is a global event that takes place every year on the third Friday of March. The day is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of good sleep and its impact on our health and well-being. To mark this day, Canadian Firefighter Magazine met with experts from HALEO to discuss the impact of sleep disorders for firefighters and give some useful tips to sleep better.
Getting a good night's sleep is essential for physical and mental health. It allows our bodies to rest and recharge, helping us to stay alert and focused throughout the day.
