For World Sleep Day, Blueline Magazine met with HALEO to discuss the impact of sleep disorders amongst police officers.
Police officers often work long hours, irregular shifts, and have high-stress jobs, which can make it challenging to get enough restful sleep. However, a lack of sleep can impair their judgment, reaction time, and decision-making abilities, putting both officers and the public at risk.
On this World Sleep Day, let's remember the critical role of sleep in keeping our police officers alert, focused, and safe.
