Industry: First Responders

"Over the years of working for the police, you accumulate a lot of stress. Talking with a professional allowed me to express myself and clear my head since the person was very attentive. I felt guided to have better sleep, I received tips on what to do when I wake up during the night and I understand better how my sleep works. Since then, I have more energy at work and at home also with my children and I have a more structured schedule."
