"Before HALEO, it would take me up to an hour to fall asleep and I would wake up many times throughout the night. I simply couldn’t turn off my thoughts. It came to a point where I would nap for almost an hour after work to be able to make it through the evening. The sleep therapy gave me the tools that I needed to empty my mind and stay asleep at night. At the end of the 5-week program, I was able to fall asleep within 15 minutes and stay asleep for the whole night."
