"I had insomnia caused by an isolated incident at work. I could no longer function normally. Everything was difficult: cleaning, washing, staying awake, eating, even showering. I became increasingly frustrated as bedtime approached. I kept telling myself I wouldn't be able to fall asleep. As it turned out, this went on for several weeks.

Then I heard about HALEO, and I jumped at the chance, thinking that at this point it couldn't get any worse. I met my therapist, a lady of great gentleness. I felt immediately taken care of and much better being able to talk to someone who really understood my needs. She supported and guided me during the 5 weeks of follow-up with infinite gentleness and kindness. She was a great listener and our conversations branched out to my personal problems, not just my sleeping problems. The advice she gave me to restore my sleep hygiene worked immediately. With a bit of rigorous homework, I was back in a good mood and my sleep returned as quickly as it had disappeared.

I recommend this clinic to anyone who, like me, suffers from insomnia, whether temporary or persistent. I'm currently sleeping."
