"I’ve been struggling with poor sleep for at least 10, if not 20 years. I thought I’ve tried just about every thing, but poor sleep always takes over again. When I saw the article on our employee website I must admit I was skeptical but thought what do I have to lose? Starting the program was easy. The app guided me through the steps, and within a week I had my first therapist appointment who provided guidance on the sleep issues that I needed to work on. Within two weeks I was already noticing a change, but I was still skeptical.

But by week three I knew that this program was different. What I liked about this program was it not only focused on getting me into a good sleep routine, but it also helped me deal with sleeping anxiety, and provided me with stress reducing strategies that I could use before I go to bed that sets my night up for success. It’s now more than a month since completing the last therapy session and I am still continuing to have better sleep than I have in decades. I have more energy, no morning brain fog and I think everyone around me is appreciating that I’m no longer complaining about not getting enough sleep! I would highly recommend the HALEO program to anyone who is committed to improving their sleep."
